Preseason Update 3/13/2019


Reuben sammich as Harissonburg, VA's Gray Jay Provisions


Yesterday, if I recall correctly, was the first completely meat-free day we've done for the entire preseason. Today was basically the opposite; had a small amount of bacon in our pho this morning, then had to haul pigs over the mountain. Stopped at a sandwich shop (where I sold a pig side) and couldn't say no to the chef's enthusiastic recommendation of a reuben sammich.


Going to attempt "making up" the difference for the next three or four days by reducing meat to almost nothing. I predict little success :-)
